2018 Incivility Pinot Noir

This is a small barrel selection of 100% whole cluster, wild yeast fermented Pinot Noir aged in French Oak for 15 months. It is a wonderful showcase of the terroir from SUsan's Vineyard in Creek Shores sub-appellation. Our clay-loamk soils, gently sloped vineyard and 4 different Dijon clones help contribute to the unique complexities in this wine. Respecting the natural process, this wine is un-fined and unfiltered.
